Christmas Services

Christmas is a great period for family and friends. So if you're ordering a gift for a friend, don't leave yourself disappointed.  Put in your order as soon as possible.  Don't leave it to the last minute because chances are you'll be left hanging.

The last day that we're accepting orders for Christmas '09 is the 17th of December '09.  We are fairly confident that orders placed on or before this date will be delivered to East coast metropolitan areas before the 22nd of December '09.  You should order by the 10th of December '09 for all other areas (country, regional, WA, NT, Northern QLD) because Australia Post and couriers can take around 10 business days to get your order to you.

To help ensure that you receive your order before Christmas, make sure you do the following:

  • Order well before the 17th of December '09.
  • The delivery address should be a work address or home address where there will always be someone there to sign the package.  If there isn't someone there to sign or accept the package, there will be delays in getting your order to you.  You may have to pick up the package from Australia Post yourself, or arrange for an alternate day and time to have your order re-delivered to you.  Couriers generally do not re-deliver a package on the same day they failed to deliver a package.
  • Pay for your order using credit card.  We use PayPal to process your credit card payments.
We will do our best to have your order dispatched as soon as payments have been made.  If you require express delivery services, please give us a call on 0417 520 156 for more information.  There will be extra charges for express post options, which you will be required to pay separately as our website only currently accounts for regular postage.
