Product Related Questions

Question: What are the best chips?
Answer: Top of the range is our 10g Ceramic Chips, which are available either in pre-determined sets or available for customisation.

Question: What are the most popular chips you sell?
Answer: The most popular chips on the market are the ABS Composite chips. Average weight is between 11.5g - 13g.

Question: Are heavier chips better quality?
Answer: No, if you consider that the average weight of a Casino's chip is just below 10g, then this clearly demonstrates that heavier generally means cheaper quality.

Question: Why is there dust in my chip set?
Answer: The foam used to protect the chips can release dust.  So just lightly clean your chip set with a soft damp cloth to remove the dust.


Ordering Questions

Question: How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Answer: We generally dispatch within 1 to 3 working days of receiving and processing your order and payment.  Please allow at least 2 - 3 business days to clear a cheque, 1 - 2 business days to receive a direct deposit payment, and 1 - 2 business days to clear a money order.  PayPal payments are received immediately once you've made the payment.  Orders can take on average 3 business days for delivery to major cities and metropolitan areas in each state, and around 10 business days for regional areas.  Please view our Delivery Information page for more details.

Question: I'm ordering a Christmas present.  How will I know that it will get here in time for Christmas?
Answer: This is where we need to help each other out.  Read our Customer Service page for details about our Christmas delivery schedule and what you can do to make your Christmas as stressless as possible.

Question: Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Answer: We can only deliver small items to P.O. Boxes such as card guards, books, caps, smaller sized chip sets (100 - 500 piece chip sets).

Question: Can I request that my order is delivered to me at a specified date, time or both?
Answer: No. We have tried this a few times and it causes undue stress for everyone.  We will not accept any requests for delivery to take place at a specified time, date, or both.  If you are not at the delivery address to accept your package the courier will leave a slip in your post box for you to call them to arrange a suitable redelivery.  Couriers will not redeliver on the day on which they first tried to deliver your order.  We've tried begging them before, and they won't do it.  Please read our Delivery Information page for more details.

Question: How come I got one part of my table today, but I haven't received the other part?
Answer: Tables, or large orders may be packaged separately, and couriers do split up a delivery for their convenience.  They generally get delivered same day, or next business day if the boxes aren't delivered together.  If you find that it's taking longer than that, please give us a call and we can do our best to find out what is happening with your order.
