Most deliveries will be delivered direct from our warehouse in Victoria.

Handling and delivery time will generally take between 3 to 7 business days for metropolitan areas, and can take around 10 to 15 business days for all other areas.  Parcels will mainly be delivered through Australia Post as a parcel, except for large or heavy items which will be sent via courier.  We can only deliver small items such as books, and card guards to P.O. Boxes, but if your order includes chip sets or tables, we will not be able to deliver your order to a P.O. Box.  We will contact you for an alternate address if you provide us with a P.O. Box shipping address.  If you are unable to provide an alternate address, we will cancel the order.

This time is approximate and Poker Champion cannot be held responsible for variations of that time.

It is not possible to book a time and date for your order to be dropped off at the delivery address.  Please do not ask us to have your order delivered to you by a certain date or time as this will not be possible and causes undue stress for all.  Australia Post and couriers cannot guarantee timing, and do not allow for bookings of drop off times as it varies based on drivers allocated for the delivery.  If you are not at the delivery address to accept your package the courier will leave a slip in your post box for you to call them to arrange a suitable redelivery.  Couriers will not redeliver on the day on which they first tried to deliver your order.  We've tried begging them before, and they won't do it.

We can do our best to try and schedule the dispatching of your order so that is delivered based on the delivery estimate times provided by Australia Post or the selected courier, but from experience, there are many things that can happen to displace the estimated date of arrival of your order.  If we do this for you, you accept the every chance that your order will not arrive to you on the date you have specified and that we will not be held liable for any losses that occur from delivery on any other date, time or both, that you have requested.

You can calculate shipping costs for your order by adding all the items you want into your shopping cart.  Then go to the "Shopping Cart" page and click on the "Calculate Shipping" button.  Enter your postcode to get your shipping costs.

Christmas Services

Christmas is a great period for family and friends. So if you're ordering a gift for a friend, don't leave yourself disappointed.  Put in your order as soon as possible.  Don't leave it to the last minute because chances are you'll be left hanging.

The last day that we're accepting orders for Christmas '07 is the 17th of December '07.  We are fairly confident that orders placed on or before this date will be delivered to East coast metropolitan areas before the 22nd of December '07.  You should order by the 10th of December '07 for all other areas (country, regional, WA, NT, Northern QLD) because Australia Post and couriers can take around 10 business days to get your order to you.

To help ensure that you receive your order before Christmas, make sure you do the following:

• Order well before the 17th of December '07.
• The delivery address should be a work address or home address where there will always be someone there to sign the package.  If there isn't someone there to sign or accept the package, there will be delays in getting your order to you.  You may have to pick up the package from Australia Post yourself, or arrange for an alternate day and time to have your order re-delivered to you.  Couriers generally do not re-deliver a package on the same day they failed to deliver a package.
