Poker Champion inspects all products prior to delivery.  Should you receive any goods damaged during due to manufacturing, please contact Poker Champion by email to receive a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) prior to returning your products.  We will not process the return without an RAN.  You will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.  Any returns requests after 14 days of receipt cannot be accepted.

You will be required to send the damaged item at your expense.  If the fault or damage is a manufacturing fault, we will refund the costs of sending the damaged item back to us, and we'll send you a replacement. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace the damaged item immediately as we could be out of stock, and a waiting period may apply, or a similar replacement will be provided.

If we find that the fault was not a manufacturing fault, you will incur the costs of posting the damaged item to us, and return postage costs.  A replacement will not be provided free of charge in this case.

Change of mind purchases cannot be refunded or exchanged.  We do not exchange or refund on damages caused during delivery.
